Online Video Classes, Virtual Meetings, Quick Guides, Video Announcement - Vancouver We Are Here to

Hi Vancouver,

As each passing day brings us more unexpected news, closures of local businesses, school discontinuations, we scramble to figure out how do we juggle all of this. We are in it together (at a distance ;) and hope everyone is staying healthy. Many of our friends turned to us in regards to staying connected online with their families, clients, staff etc. . So we thought we would share some great options for online video classes, quick video announcements, live streaming video classes, video tutorials etc.

When working from home, people can really lack that team motivation that's present when working in the office. Keep the motivation going through Group Video Conferencing with your staff and clients.

We love using Skype, Google Hangouts and Zoom for video calls. The apps are free, easy to use and everyone can connect right on their phone. Live streaming is a great way to stay connected with everyone yet keeping that distance that is required during these unprecedented times.

Start recording video announcements, if you haven't done so, yet. For a casual look and feel, use your phone or tablet. Everyone is in need for that personal connection. You can edit your video using iMovie, and Adobe Premiere Rush CC. If you are looking for a more professional look, talk to a local video production company to see what resources are available to you. Sometimes a one person crew is all you need to create an attractive video. You could also record the video yourself and send it over to a production company to edit it for you. There are may options to choose from.

Here is another idea, you can use screen-capture to record work-tutorials, client presentations etc.. Here are a few software we would recommend, Windows Game Bar ( included with Windows 10), Screencast-O-Matic, and Loom. Communicate more effectively with these programs. You can record your screen, voice and face and instantly share your videos.

Don't be afraid to reach out to your video production company to have them help you stay virtually present and connected !

Hopefully you found these resources useful and stay healthy everyone !
